Padi Openwater Diver

Padi’s Open Water Course offers people the most highly respected diving qualification in the world. “Open Water diver”.

Padi Open Water divers  can dive anywhere in the world simply by presenting their personal  identification card to a dive centre.

Open Water divers can dive with their buddy, independent of a Padi professional.

Chances are there will be hundreds of Open water divers diving somewhere in the world during every minute of every day.

So why not join them?

What do I need to Start?

Almost anybody who is reasonably fit and

in good health, can earn an Open Water certification.  

Minimum age is 15. (Although people between 10 and 14 years of age can participate in the  Junior OpenWater Program

What will I do?

Padi’s Open Water course is designed in such a way, that it can be divided into three areas.

Training includes independent study and some presentations from our padi Instructors.

At the same time, you’ll  learn all the fundamentals of Scuba diving, in the confined safety of a swimming pool. Your Instructor

will guide you through all the techniques you will need for the final part of your course.

By now, both you and your Instructor will be happy, that you can complete the last part of your course in Open Water. You will be confident with your equipment, how to use it and diving safely.

During your four Open Water dives, You’ll complete all the skills you learned in the confined water environment or swimming pool.                                                                                              

After that! Congratulations...You can now do something, others only dream about!
